How to cancel

Sign in and open your account
Go to your Account page. If you’re already signed in you’ll see your current plan and billing dates.

Click “Manage subscription”
This opens Stripe’s billing portal in a new view, with your subscription pre-loaded.

Click “Cancel subscription” in the portal
Confirm and you’re done. Stripe sends you an email receipt.
What happens after you cancel
- ✓You keep full access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. If you cancel halfway through a billing week, you keep using TAILOR until that week ends.
- ✓Future renewals stop immediately. Stripe won’t bill you again.
- ✓Your saved sessions stay where they are. You can still sign in and view, re-run or delete them. Cancelling the subscription doesn’t delete your account.
- !No partial refunds. If you cancel mid-period we don’t pro-rate or refund the days you didn’t use. You keep them as access. This is consistent with UK CMA guidance for honest auto-renewing services.
Want to delete your account too?
Cancelling the subscription is separate from deleting your account. If you also want everything we hold about you removed (profile, every saved session, referral records), go to your Account page and use Delete my account. That action immediately cancels any active subscription and erases your data within minutes.
Why we make it this easy
Most subscription services bury the cancel button, gate it behind a phone call or run a retention script. We don’t. If TAILOR isn’t earning its place in your job search, you should be able to leave in the same number of clicks it took to join. That’s the deal.
