Can I cancel any time?+
Yes, two clicks in your account, no email required. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, then nothing more is charged.
What counts as one analysis?+
One Resume + one job description fed into the analyser produces a tailored Resume, alignment report, cover letter, Strategic Interview Briefing, company research, 30, 60, 90 Day Implementation Plan and Battle Card, all in a single bundle. That's one analysis.
Can I re-run a saved session for free?+
Yes. Re-running an analysis you've already saved doesn't use a new credit. The cap only applies to brand-new analyses.
What if I run out of analyses mid-week, or have unused ones at the end of the week?+
On the Weekly plan, your 5-session allowance resets at the start of each new billing week. Any sessions you didn't use in the previous week are lost, they don't carry over. On the Job Hunt Pack you have 60 sessions to use whenever, no time limit, no weekly cap and unused sessions stay in the pack until you use them.
What's the difference between Weekly and the Job Hunt Pack?+
Weekly is a recurring subscription ($9.99/week (billed in GBP at the equivalent rate), 5 sessions), best for casual searching where you want flexibility to pause. The Pack is a one-off purchase ($49 (billed in GBP at the equivalent rate), 60 sessions, no expiry), best when you're actively job-hunting and want the full toolkit at hand. Pack saves 53% per session.
Is the free Resume Health Check still available if I don't subscribe?+
Yes. The Health Check is free, unlimited and doesn't require a subscription, only an email so we can keep your usage history.
Do you offer refunds?+
We don't pro-rate or partially refund. If something is wrong with your analysis (mis-parsed Resume, broken output), email support@tailor-get-noticed.com and we'll re-run it for you.
