Where these figures come from
ONS Annual Survey of Hours and Earnings (ASHE), Table 15 (4).7a. 2025 provisional, released October 2025. Pay reference period: April 2025 (pay reference period). SOC 2020 code 2440 (Business and financial project management professionals).
Mapping note: UK SOC has no dedicated Product Manager code. 2440 is the closest mainstream business-management code. Tech product managers may earn closer to SOC 2134 / 2133.
